Mrs.Higgs from the first inital call she invested her time with me and literally did everything to make sure I was having all accommodations met with my personal needs. She made the process so smooth I was not stressed like I am typically when I move. The best customer service I have had. If I could put in more than 5 stars for Mrs.Higgs I would. Please recognize her. Thank you!

I want to give a special thank you to Ms. Higgs. She was so professional, she responded in a timely manner, she got me set up into the home that I wanted and needed. I told her exactly what I needed and when I needed it and she made it happen. She was even leaving to go on vacation and still made sure I was ok. I would recommend willow creek to any and everyone. Thank you Ms Higgs.

my complaint would be a lack of hot water or the time I have to run run the water to get it hot.

My overall stay was wonderful, and I will miss the place, moved out due to personal reasons!

Willow creek apartments offers an overall great living experience for the value. Ms. Higgs is perfect at her job, very helpful while selecting the apartment and responsive before and after I moved in.

My move in date was 9/18/21, I absolutely 😘 love Mrs. Higgs, she was very friendly and polite very informative regarding my steps to take and the approval process was really quick. Praise to you ma'am.

I had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks due to school and inability to find a place. Upon coming across miss Higgs everything changed. Thought I would have to drop out of chiropractic school and start at a different time. Miss Higgs worked with me and assured me a place with included school discount which was the icing on the cake for me. I owe it to miss Higgs for helping me and makings it possible to continue my education. Thank you very much miss Higgs

Ms Higgs was so great, I wasn't able to move in as planned on 8-31, but she accommodating me on get my things into storage and stayed until 9pm while I unloaded my things. I really love my new place and am so grateful for the compassion Ms.Higgs as shown me. Thanks for all you help you're the best.

With the pandemic going on it has been extremely difficult to find an apartment . My entire experience was a great one when it came to Willow Creek , from being able to physically view the apt to the discounts given to vets /teachers . Mrs Higgs represented the company well , I'm excited to see if living within the community will make this a 5 star experience

My grandpa lived here years ago and I always said, "I'm gonna live here. This place is so beautiful." 17 years later.. I just moved in and I love my new place! Ms. Higgs is amazing and has been very helpful throughout the entire renting process.. I'm very happy to call Willow Creek Apartments my home...finally. :)

I've only been living here for a month, so I can't say too much yet. The experience looking for an apartment with Ms. Higgs was wonderful. She answered every question I could think of, explored pricing and showed me my options. Not to mention that she is a very nice lady and very funny too. She made me feel very comfortable during the leasing process. So far, I haven't had a problem. My apartment seems very well maintained, quiet and spacious (which was a big concern moving from a house to an apartment). The underground garage in my building is great. It makes me very comfortable that my car is safe from weather/people. There is a decent amount of storage space as well. I think I was able to fit 9 tubs, 1 cooler and some empty boxes with ease...with room to spare. Having a laundry room on each level (at least in my building) is great. You don't have to carry laundry to different parts of the building (or use coins!). I haven't had time to experience the rest of the amenities; but so far, so good! Update 8/3: I've been having issues with my thermostat, so I emailed Ms. Higgs. She came to the rescue and said she would have somebody take care of it by the end of the week. Great customer relations! Update 8/5: Diego from maintenance came out and was able to replace my thermostat. Thank you, Miss Higgs, Georgia and Diego. All of you have provided excellent service!!

She broke everything down for me so I had all the tools I needed to make a decision. On my second visit to the complex. She opened the door to my new home. She personally checked me in on moving day, And did a run though of the apartment to make sure everything was up to her standards. She was a pleasure to work with, always with a smile. Firstly, I have worked with MsHiggs for my new apartment in Willow Creek and she is very helpful, responded very quickly and she is totally Awesome. Very nice and spacious apartment, parking is great. I definitely recommened this place for anyone who are looking for good, quiet and safe place to live on.

Ms.Higgs was very helpful and knew how to answer and best address every question I had. Paperwork was fast and easy and the apartment was ready, clean, bug/stain-free on move-in day as expected and promised.

My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of our building. I do not understand why our building is only cleaned once a week and we pay a substantial amount of rent, also our phone in the hallway downstairs do not work and these were the reasons that I moved here five years ago. Thank u for our 24 hour security again, this was my main reason for moving here five years ago.

I moved to Willow Creek apartments 2 weeks ago and I could not be happier. My entire experience has been very positive. Kristin helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my dog and was an absolute delight to work with. Moving day was a breeze and the apartment was very clean when I came to sign the lease. Even though I have already had to contact maintenance twice in regards to my washing machine not working and my A/C also not working, they responded immediately and left me extremely impressed with their quick turn around. I'm talking 30 minutes to an hour tops at calling me back regarding the issues and having someone at my apartment checking out the situation the same day. I had some reservations about considering this apartment complex because of the mixed reviews, but I decided to try it out anyway because it is so close to my work and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't be happier!! I love my apartment. I feel safe here as a single woman, and I haven't had any issues with my neighbors. I hardly even hear them. I got an upgraded unit in the old midrise building and everyone I have met in the building has been very nice. The bottom line is that everyone will have their own unique experience, so don't just read the negative reviews and blow this place off. This is a great place to live. No complaints so far. I love it here and I'm very happy!

If you are looking for a new home and needing someone to talk to here, GO TO REBECCA!! She is SUPER AWESOME! She's super friendly and really works with you. She makes you feel really comfortable to ask anything and gives you complete honesty on everything. She made my leasing process so smooth and so easy- her customer service is top tier. I have had the best experience finding the perfect place with Rebecca. I didn't feel like I was getting a cookie-cutter tour. Being helped by someone who makes me want to be there and obviously truly enjoys working to help people get situated into the right spot made the decision for me! I needed to move as soon as possible, but also wanted to find something price worthy with all the amenities I required. I came in, told Ms. Higgs my price range and what I wanted; she had no problem pulling up the perfect unit for me. If you have issues locating units with storage, PARKING, hearing noisy neighbors, (maybe your the nosy one, LIKE I AM lol); the walls are so thick, once you close your door, nothing but GOLDEN SILENCE. Willow Creek will definitely solve those problems. OMG, and they always answer when you call!!!!

I just moved in a few days ago, but already love the place. Ms Higgs was very attentive to my needs during the apartment search, finding me the perfect place. And though there have been a few maintenance issues that have come up since move-in, Ms Higgs has been diligent in correcting them immediately. Ms Higgs is definitely the leasing agent you want to work with!

My brother and I were looking for two bedroom and miss Higgs was awesome and made the experience stress free. She was super sweet to my 4 year old niece and she seems to really love kids. We weren't sure if we would qualify but miss Higgs assured my niece who was nervous that the apartment we saw would be her home and she followed through. She kept on the landlords and made it happen in less then 2 weeks. I would recommend Miss Higgs to anyone looking at willow creek apartments.

I can't say enough about my experience process with this property. Right off the bat with information and setting up an appointment, Miss Higgs was/is an All-Star member of the staff. She made my experience through the whole process a blast. From her sence of humor, to all the information and details that were needed to apply and approved, she made the process and experience very enjoyable. I know if there is ever a problem my confidence in Miss Higgs and her staff will be on top of it. I truly enjoy my place to call home at Willow Creek. It is a quite community and has all the adminities that one would need. Thanks again Miss Higgs and staff.

I love the peaceful atmosphere here @ Willow Creek. My apartment here is so much bigger and utilities included!!! Can't beat that. Ms. Higgs, leasing consultant was very tentative to all our needs and very diligent throughout the whole process. Thanks again Ms. Higgs, you were right, I love it here.

The Willow Creek Apartments are big spacious apartments with jacuzzi tubs in the master bedroom. They have a clubhouse for social events and in property barbecue grills and so much more. I am very happy with my experience with them.
